The following programs are destined for athletes who practice sports such as running, cycling etc.

Training

This program will be used for routine training periods. When these become more intensive, follow the specific program Competitions and intensive training.

This program will be used to prepare for a competition, in a phase of intense training, as well as during the competition itself. Start the before and the boost three days or a week before the event.

Team sports programs

The following programs are destined for athletes who practice sports such as soccer, basket-ball, ice-hockey etc.

Training

This program will be used for in and out-of-season training. When the matches become more frequent or when fatigue accumulates like during the end of the season, use the “Intensive match preparation” program exclusively.

This program will be used to prepare for matches in normal conditions, the “Training program” being applied the rest of the time. When the matches become more frequent or when fatigue accumulates like during the end of the season, use the program “Intensive match preparation” exclusively.

Strength sports programs

Though originally conceived for sports involving a strong endurance component, the Maiday line can bring certain significant advantages within the framework of strength sports practice. This section contains a single training program, aiming at cumulating certain micronutrients contributing to preserve muscular integrity, improving hydration during training and strengthening mental balance.
